1. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from FourSeason Car Rental, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21 years (25 years for certain luxury/sport models).
  • Valid driver's license held for at least 6 months.
  • For tourists: Valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and original home country license, plus passport with entry visa.
  • For UAE residents: Valid UAE driver's license and Emirates ID.

2. Rental Requests & Payment

Website inquiries do not create a confirmed reservation. Availability, final pricing, deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and any vehicle-specific conditions are confirmed directly by our team before a rental is finalized.

  • Any required deposit or prepayment will be communicated before you authorize payment.
  • Do not send payment through an unverified link or account.
  • The final quotation and rental agreement provided for your vehicle govern the applicable charges and conditions.
  • Late-return, mileage, damage, fuel, and other charges apply only as stated in the applicable rental agreement.

3. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must only be driven within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Off-road driving is strictly prohibited for all vehicles, including SUVs.
  • Smoking inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when collected.
  • Daily mileage limits apply as specified in your rental agreement. Excess mileage will be charged.

4. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles come with comprehensive insurance. However, an excess amount (deductible) applies in case of an accident where the renter is at fault.

  • In case of any accident, a police report is mandatory.
  • Insurance does not cover tire damage, wheel rim damage, or interior damage unless specified.
  • The renter is liable for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

5. Agreement

By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that the website request is not a confirmed reservation. A rental is finalized only after FourSeason Car Rental confirms the vehicle, requirements, pricing, and applicable rental agreement with you.
