    Because the Rental Agreement can change depending on your rental dates, car type, and location, we can't give you the exact copy you'll sign at the counter. However, you can review our Master Rental Agreement, which is the base for all versions used at different locations.

    To reserve a rental car with Four Season Car Rental, you'll need to provide:

    Note: For certain reservations, an advance payment may be required:

    • For rentals longer than 7 days
    • For luxury cars rented for more than 4 days

    Yes, vehicles are rented on a daily (24-hour) basis, and there is a 1-hour grace period for returns. After that hour, you'll be charged an hourly rate. If you're more than 3 hours late, you'll have to pay for a full day. Please note that there’s no grace period for rental fees, surcharges, or optional equipment and protection charges; full-day charges will apply for those as well.

  • 11. Does the rental cost include fuel or Salik fees?

    No, our rental rates do not include the cost of fuel. However, we provide a half tank of fuel for mid-range luxury cars and a full tank for high-end luxury cars, including sports and exotic cars.

If you choose a car in the same range and category, the rental charges will stay the same. If you switch to a lower or higher range, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. If your original rental car is not reserved, you can extend your rental by contacting our customer care team or sales department.

  • 18. What should I do if I have problems with my car? Do you offer roadside assistance?

    Before driving, take some time to get to know the car’s features, like the heat and A/C, radio, lights, windshield wipers, spare tire, seat belts, door locks, and how to access the gas tank. Trying to figure these things out while driving can be dangerous. Don’t wait for the fuel warning light to think about getting gas, especially if you’re unsure of how far the next station is.

    If you encounter any problems with your rental car, please contact our Sales Department. For minor issues that can be fixed quickly, we’ll send our operations team to help. If your car has a serious malfunction, reach out to our sales team for assistance or a replacement vehicle. Please stay in your car and wait for service or the police to arrive.

  • 19. What should I do if I'm involved in an accident or if the car is damaged during my rental?

    If you're in an accident, do not leave the scene. Contact the police right away. If no one is injured and the damage is minor, it's best to move the vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. If the damage is serious, do not move the vehicles. Make sure to get a police report and submit it to Four Season Car Rental.
